WPBT2 is looking for a skilled leader with a passion for fundraising and production. Organized and driven, this individual will oversee and manage the execution of all direct response initiatives and programs. Lead and grow all member stewardship programs, create reports and analyze data to identify fundraising trends; will implement, streamline and improve fundraising and cultivation initiatives on different platforms. Participation in determining strategies for on-air fundraising campaigns including promotional, branding and messaging as well as special incentives and events. Provides guidance to the on-air producer. Assists in the creation of pledge-related programming. Helps develop annual plan for all membership activities, manages budgets and supports the Sr. VP of Development & Marketing. Leads and mentors membership staff. College degree in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations or equivalent. Five years experience in membership, donor or client acquisition and retention, direct marketing, fundraising (or related field) preferred. Two years of supervisory and project management experience a must. Demonstrated ability in developing and managing campaigns and budgets. Excellent creative and writing abilities a must. Ability to motivate, direct and empower a diverse staff. Works extended hours during on-air campaigns.
