This digital savvy marketing professional will collaborate with the broadcast sales team to sell solutions across our digital platforms and provide customer service. You will collaborate with business owners to identify their needs and develop solutions to reach their target audience and make their business more successful. You will prospect for new business accounts, develop sales plans, sales presentations, and campaign performance reports. Be aware of digital marketing trends as well as local market conditions - you are the digital expert for the station. Must be able to manage multiple tasks from multiple sources at one time and will work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced office environment. Continue education and awareness of digital media trends, obtain customers by cold calling, networking and prospecting, and successful negotiations. Generate new leads by cold calling, calling inactive accounts, and prospecting new business. Maintain strong relationships w/ existing accounts. Sell interactive, online/digital advertising priced on rates based on metrics (page views, impressions, click-through, time visible). Identify and understand client advertising needs / develop ideal marketing solutions. Create/deliver customized sales presentations in person, via phone and/or via webinars. Drive sales growth within assigned territory. Meet/Exceed sales goals by utilizing creative resources to achieve results. Make decisions and solve problems while collaborating w/ teammates and utilizing all resources. Provide creative and innovative solutions for customers. Utilize industry trends, selling techniques and digital product knowledge. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Level Degree Minimum Experience: 2 yrs. of experience. Bachelor�s degree preferred Digital Sales experience and/or digital agency experience preferred. MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of digital media, Google Analytics internet properties, inventory, and sales tools. Self-driven, demonstrate great initiative, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy and show attention to detail.
