JOB DESCRIPTION SALES ASSISTANT WKYC WKYC is looking for someone with a unique blend of administrative, computer and sales support experience. This role is the linchpin that connects the Sales Organization to WKYCs clients. Responsibilities Provide overall support to the sales organization: entering and revising client orders (television and digital), maintenance of client orders, providing pre-sale and post-sale materials and other overall client service oriented tasks. Assist the sales with: client presentations (PowerPoint), building package worksheets (Excel) and other various sales related duties. Some filing, answering phones and organizing of station events. JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements Extremely organized and detail oriented. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products College degree preferred Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Creativity, flexibility, and ability to change with our industry are also keys to success. Interviews will be by appointment only.
