SALES ASSISTANT – WKYC
WKYC is looking for someone with a unique blend of administrative, computer and sales support experience. This role is the linchpin that connects the Sales Organization to WKYC’s clients.
Provide overall support to the sales organization: entering and revising client orders (television and digital), maintenance of client orders, providing pre-sale and post-sale materials and other overall client service oriented tasks.
Assist the sales with: client presentations (PowerPoint), building package worksheets (Excel) and other various sales related duties.
Some filing, answering phones and organizing of station events.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
College degree preferred
Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player are essential attributes. Creativity, flexibility, and ability to change with our industry are also keys to success.
