Candidate should have skills in managing a modern high availability facility with redundant HVAC, UPS, and backup power. Skills in trouble shooting building systems including complex HVAC with building management systems, electrical system with a large UPS and generators, and access control are vital. The candidate should also have the ability to perform minor building repairs. The ability to establish relationships with and manage vendors, such as but not limited to, security, cleaning, grounds, and vending as well as manage budgets and purchasing is required. The job will also require managing governmental and insurance compliance in addition to employee safety. The successful candidate should have a clean driving record, be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and climb ladders. They should also be a self-starter and have computer and writing skills. The job requires being well organized and flexible hours. Other duties as assigned.
