Production Technician Nashville Public Television Nashville Public Television (NPT) seeks a Production Technician to assist the Senior Director of Production, producers, and others as assigned with video production-related tasks, and the overall mission of NPT. Edits video segments and programs. Assists in studio and field productions including floor directing, running studio camera, teleprompter and setting up and striking equipment. Helps with sets, staging and lighting for field and studio shoots. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field. Video production experience required. Must have experience with Premiere or Final Cut editing software. Must be computer literate. Must have good interpersonal communication skills and good research skills; ability to work effectively individually and collaboratively in a production team; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; knowledge of video production equipment and techniques. |
