Position: Project Manager Company: CBS Radio Station(s): WDZH-FM, WOMC-FM, WWJ-AM, WXYT-FM, WYCD-FM Job Type: fulltime Hours: Compensation: / year Job Description: The LE&E Project Manager is part of a high-energy, fast paced environment and helps develop, implement, and fulfill station events, client sponsorships, & custom experiences. This successful Project Manager has working knowledge of event production and sponsor fulfillment. This position requires excellent communication & time management skills combined with ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time. Responsibilities: •Serve as key liaison between departments (programming, live events, sales, digital, promotions) to ensure all assets promised are delivered to the client according to the program timeline. •Assists in sponsor deck creation and continually updates sold sponsor inventory •Schedule internal event production meetings as needed •Create & manage event/sponsor activation timelines •Manages pre-determined event expense budget •Manages communication with venues/partners regarding incoming sponsor requests/inquiries •Onsite event management as needed •Manages communication with venues/partners regarding incoming sponsor requests/inquiries •Attend client meetings when needed/applicable •Manages & facilitates post event sponsor recap process •Manages pre-determined event expense budget Benefits: Education Required: Experience Required: Other Requirements: •College degree •2+ years Event/Sponsorship experience •Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented; must multi-task and prioritize with ease in a deadline-driven environment •Results-driven team player who can problem-solve quickly •Excellent verbal and written communication skills Date Available: 5/16/17 |
