2017-6947 – Digital Content Producer KFVS has an immediate opening for a Digital Content Producer. The candidate will help lead our growing digital efforts and publish content to KFVS12.com, the KFVS news app and social media pages. Responsibilities also include creating photo galleries, infographics, editing and clipping video for online use, setting up live streams as well as any additional duties that are assigned. Minimum requirements include outstanding writing ability, excellent communication, self-motivation and organizational skills. The candidate must work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and project a positive image for our station in the community. Previous experience preferred but not required. Experience with an online content management system is also preferred. A positive and inquisitive attitude will help the potential candidate. The successful candidate must have a strong journalism background, as well as gather news from a variety of sources. Knowledge of AP style is required.
