Manages activities of assigned staff and ensures compliance with departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards of performance.
Manages, identifies, develops, recommends and implements action plans, strategies, standards, etc. to ensure the department's optimal performance and ensure deliverables meet department/company plans, goals, and desired results.
Oversees Sales Support to assess work flow effectiveness and process
Ensures support needs of Account Executives are met daily
Advocates on behalf of Account Managers to ensure needs are met on deadline, meeting, if not exceeding client expectations.
Works with multiple departments in the media property to develop and deliver multimedia campaigns
Interfaces with WTSP external groups (CCC, GTO) to ensure sales needs are met
Manages key communications with other departments to solve problems, identify issues, develop programs, and ensure customer expectations are met.
Ensures adoption of CRM. Examines usage by Account Executives and assists Sales Managers as needed with building reports for better analysis of billing, projections, account lists.
Keeps abreast of changes in technology and makes recommendations to management.
Must be detail oriented and able to hit deadlines.
