Rise Up Social Impact Unit
The Rise Up team, UCIís social impact unit, is seeking an Associate Project Administrator to assist with various functions throughout the team. This position requires attention to detail and project management. The ideal person to fill this position is able to multitask.
- Support the drive of the execution behind numerous social impact projects & campaigns across Fusion Media Group and other Univision properties.
∑ Coordinate with the social impact strategy team to fully understand the scope, timeline, deliverables and people assigned to each deliverable.
∑ Help develop campaign KPIs with Rise Up Team for each project.
∑ Work with the Rise Up Research team & create weekly & quarterly tracking/reports
∑ Supporting the strategy team by assisting with information gathering for project proposals, internal reporting for selected projects and tracking specific campaigns
∑ Organizing and scheduling individual, project and team meetings while liaising w/ Human Resources, Finance, Facilities and Research teams.
∑ Assisting with team expense reporting and travel arrangements/coordination
∑ BA/BS in Communication, Marketing, Business or similar field of study preferred but not required
∑ 1 year of work experience working at a communications agency or media company
∑ Familiarity with Hispanic Media Industry and Community
∑ Strong administration, clerical & organization skills
∑ Must have MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
∑ Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
∑ Versatile and able to adapt to constantly changing marketplace and environment
∑ Exceptional written, verbal and analytical skills
∑ Ability to complete tasks creatively and effectively while multi-tasking
∑ Must have high attention to detail and accuracy
∑ Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
