The Corporate Finance Headcount Management team is seeking an ambitious, strategic and analytical professional. This individual will play an integral role in financial reporting and analysis of the Company’s workforce spend. This individual will interact with key financial personnel throughout the Company.
Work with finance personnel to develop accurate and timely headcount expense forecasts.
Prepare and review quarterly compensation, benefits and headcount reporting packages Preparation and review of financial general ledger reconciliations against the payroll sub- ledger.
Deep dive analysis to derive meaningful insights of the company’s workforce and extended flexible workforce.
Facilitate compensation and benefits related Oracle chart of account maintenance
Facilitate compensation and benefits standard employee general ledger and sub-ledger classification
Create analysis for job incentives programs and other expense related requests
Ad-hoc analysis and requests
Candidate should have 1-3 years of relevant financial reporting experience.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel required.
Strong technical skills regarding data analysis and financial modeling.
Strong working knowledge of data gathering and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau and/or Excel preferred.
Advanced experience in data analysis with large data files required.
Effective written and verbal communication skills including interaction with senior and executive management required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA and/or MBA a plus.
Media industry experience a plus.
Oracle general ledger experience a plus.
Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently, meet demanding deadlines and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
