Category: Promotions Position/Title: SR. Multi Media Graphic Artist Details: The SR. Multimedia Graphic Artist is responsible for creating the graphical elements for on-air, digital, interactive and internal news, promotion, integrated programming, commercial production and sales. Must be flexible and able to work and lead in a fast-paced and competitive environment. 35% Responsible for maintaining station brand standards with a solid knowledge of composition in all aspects of broadcast, digital and print. Ability to create elements including full screens, monitor graphics, OTS (Over the Shoulder) graphics, lower third graphics and animations. 40% Collaborating with graphics team, news reporters and producers to help visualize news stories with strong graphic design. Collaborate with digital content team to design on-line and social graphics. 10% Keep current on the fast changing field of graphics and animation with a strong knowledge of digital and social media graphic design. 10% Experience in animation like Cinema 4-D modeling is a plus. Ability to create quick turn-around animations in a fast paced three screen environment. Basic understanding of XML is a plus Chyron and coding language for VizRT. 5% Other duties as assigned.
