Post House Creative is looking for a full-time Motion Graphics Designer/Editor with 5 - 10 years experience in editing and motion graphics post-production. You’ll be taking a leading role in driving creative and execution on client projects. At PHC we believe in hiring people, not positions, so you’ll be able to make the position your own and craft it to highlight your strengths. What will you be doing exactly? Work closely with Senior Producers and Creative Team to create compelling content for PHC client-partners Expand the motion graphics and design capabilities on client projects and internal projects Ability to work on pitch/spec projects to create anything your heart desires Conceptualize original ideas and have the ability to bring them to life using industry standard design, compositing, 2D and 3D software We take projects from “Good to Great” and this position will be a large part of that process What will get you in the door? Minimum 5-10 years experience in the post-production industry working on client projects Proficient in Premiere - and/or other NLE - and Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and 3D software A positive, problem-solving attitude A passion for post-production and a strong artistic eye are imperative Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team during the creative process - duh Ability to contribute ideas AND figure out how to execute them Experience working and communicating directly with clients AND It would be extra awesome if you had... A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 10+ years industry experience A strong understanding of new media and technologies Experience leading/managing people and resources Experience on productions in a technical/story advisor capacity A healthy obsession for maintaining organized project files - for reals Here's what you'll LOVE about US...
