Position: Detroit Market Sales Assistant Company: Entercom Station(s): WDZH-FM, WKRK-FM, WOMC-FM, WWJ-AM, WXYT-FM, WYCD-FM Job Type: fulltime Hours: Compensation: / year Job Description: The ideal candidate is an exceptional individual who is proactive and organized with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparing weekly and monthly client co-op invoices. Assist with weekly and monthly billing. Prepare memo invoice requests and follow thru to completion. Assist and backup all other Sales Assistants as needed, including client sales order input. Work with Shared Services and Account Executives to assist with client payments, sales order release, etc. Benefits: Education Required: Experience Required: Other Requirements: This person must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must be a professional and proven team player with both internal and external customer focus. Must be a Notary, or willing and able to become a Notary (at the company's expense). Date Available: Immediately |
