Credit & Collections Manager
The Credit and Collections Manager responsibilities include processing credit applications, coordinate monthly credit meetings, make collection calls, work with collection agencies on collection issues, Accounts Receivable, report payment discrepancies, apply daily cash receipts, manage bad debt, short pays & client overpayments, transmit and mail monthly invoices. Other duties as deemed appropriate to be assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience. Proven ability to operate Microsoft office Systems (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook). Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Professional demeanor and proven ability to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships required. Must work effectively and courteously with the finance team and other departments. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Must be able to work varied hours, holidays and weekends, as required. Broadcast experience helpful.
