Emmy® winning; dominate NBC affiliate KTIV, in Sioux City, Iowa is looking for an On-air Meteorologist. As a member of the KTIV news team and QMI, you will be a part of a company that is committed to serving our customers on television and on line. You will utilize equipment from The Weather Company to prepare and execute weather segments and severe weather coverage for our morning and mid-day news programs. You will also create forecasts and weather summaries for the web, social and daily email messages. Qualified candidates should have a four-year degree in meteorology or atmospheric science, a pleasant, authoritative on-air presence and be a motivated self-starter with good forecasting, communication, and computer skills. Experience on-air is preferred, but a strong internship will be considered.
