Position: HR/Payroll Administrator Company: Entercom Station(s): WDZH-FM, WOMC-FM, WWJ-AM, WXYT-FM, WYCD-FM Job Type: fulltime Hours: Compensation: / year Job Description: · Administers Human Resource plans and procedures in compliance with corporate direction; development and implement local HR policies and procedures · Responsible for bi-weekly payroll administration · Complete all salary adjustment paperwork, status changes, new hire paperwork and exit paperwork with payroll · Provide orientation for all new hires and process all terminations · Coordinate benefit information and issues between employees and corporate office · Maintain all HR information and Personnel files · Assist with employee discipline issues, workers compensation and OSHA reports and employee leaves · Manage all job postings by posting and maintaining all job descriptions and advertisements · Responds to inquiries and requests for information from applicants · Manage company EEO policies and procedures · Creates files and records that contain confidential information and track applicant EEO information · Distribute job opportunities to community groups · Provides basic employment information to applicants and hiring managers regarding current and projected vacancies, the application process, procedures, policies and general information about the company · Schedule job fairs and other general EEO outreach events/programs to comply with policy · Complete annual EEO report for public file· · Compile and report annual Affirmative Action data · Complete all Union updates on employee status, i.e. new hires, terminations, union due deduction · Assist in implementation of company policy training applications · Participate in special projects as assigned by Corporate HR · Keep updated recruitment sources and outreach contact lists and track company recruitment initiatives Benefits: Education Required: Experience Required: Other Requirements: To perform job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
