WZTV in Nashville seeks an Weekday Evening News Anchor who can be engaging behind the desk while offering compelling, active live shots in the field. Vacancy Type: Full Time Date Posted: 10/5/2018 Closing Date: 11/5/2018 City: Nashville State: Tennessee URL: http://www.fox17.com Experience: Responsibilities include: Anchoring our 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. newscasts Reporting live for our 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. newscasts Performing other duties as assigned by the news managers as needed Requirements: Required Skills and Experience include: 4-year degree in journalism or associated field A minimum of 4 years professional TV newsroom experience Outstanding editorial and communication skills The ability to be a command presence on the anchor desk The ability to be live in the field when needed Strong journalistic and ethical skill sets Previous experience working in a team environment If you have the required experience and skills, please apply online.
