We have an immediate opening for a candidate with outstanding organizational and communication skills to run our assignment desk. You need to pay attention to local news, have sharp writing skills for the web, be on top of Twitter and Facebook, have excellent people and phone skills, be able to work fast and multi-task, make sure we never miss breaking news, and have solid news judgment.
