WDAY, the #1 News station in Fargo, North Dakota is looking for a Sports Producer to work in our multi-platform Sports Department. As a producer, you will be responsible for producing our award-winning sportscast including writing scripts, editing copy, ordering graphics to fit stories, and coordinating live shots with directors. You will also help produce our coverage of the North Dakota State High School Tournaments, plus our Game of the Week broadcasts. There could be limited on-air opportunities. A college degree in journalism or a related field is required. The successful candidate will have exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills. We produce more than 30 hours of local news each week. We have a staff of over 35 journalists working in news, weather, and sports.
