WDAY, the #1 News station in Fargo, North Dakota is looking for a Part-Time News Producer to work in our multi-platform newsroom. As a part-time producer, you will be helping produce our award-winning newscasts including writing scripts, editing copy, ordering graphics to fit stories, listening to scanners for breaking news and helping to coordinate news coverage on the weekends. This is 15-20 hour a week opening, working both the morning and night shifts on Saturday and Sunday. We are looking for a person majoring in journalism or a related field. This is a great way for you to get your journalism career started as many of our current full-time employees have started out working part-time.
