Duties/Responsibilities *Responsible for overall content, production, planning and direction of our Late News broadcast and digital initiatives *Line produce 30-minute, 10pm show nightly *Have direct authority over producers, writers, and reporters for newscasts, website, and social media *Ensure integrity of content consistent with our professional standards, while also being creative and imaginative *Make solid decisions while taking control during breaking news situations *Execute strategies that engage and grow audiences Requirements/Skills *Five (5) years of experience as a news broadcast producer or related experience *Must have strong news judgment, work with the assignment desk to plan daily stories and content, and collaborate with the digital team on daily coverage *Ability to function under extreme deadline pressure *Ability to encourage and nurture the creativity of others If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
