RESPONSIBILITIES: *Enter all new digital orders and order changes in the Wide Orbit system. *Enter all new orders and change orders in 3rd party tools as needed (AdTaxi IO Tool, SND, etc.) *Own and manage all orders in DFP including, but not limited to, uploading creative and changing creative as needed, monitoring delivery, troubleshooting delivery errors, pulling reports, etc. *Submit all creative requests based on rep or client direction. Proof to clients as requested. *Manage all aspects of fulfillment and delivery process for each order. This includes, but not limited to, pulling available inventory, targeting ads appropriately, uploading creative, troubleshoot as needed, optimize campaigns to ensure full delivery and top performance, run reports in a timely manner at end of campaign run, submit digital tickets to AdOps as needed to resolve issues and create new products. *Develop sales promotional presentations for local and national sales efforts. *Monitor inventory on all digital platforms to provide AEs and Sales Managers a monthly update on areas of open and tight inventory. *Coordinates all projects and/or special sections related to new and existing digital advertisers and digital promotional campaigns. *Coordinates all projects and/or special sections related to new and existing digital advertisers and digital promotional campaigns. *Works closely with graphic artists, writers, web developers, web operations and others to create and implement advertising content, and/or new special section pages on *Generate End of Campaign digital reporting within 3 business days of campaign end date. *Assists management, account executives and staff in reaching digital annual budget. *Reports to Digital Sales Manager. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required. *Bachelors degree in marketing or related field preferred. *1-2 years of related work experience in internet marketing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. *Experience with Windows based programs to include: Word, Power Point (Advanced) Excel and Outlook. *Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. *Knowledge of web development. *Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
