Need an experienced high performer with skill set to deliver 360 campaigns complete cycle: from ideation, strategy design, production execution, revenue tracking and campaign report.
Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem: inbound marketing, sales funnel, consumer journey, campaigns KPIs consultancy, social media, programmatic buy, YouTube monetization.
Teamwork and leadership skills to collaborate on multi-cultural and multi-level teams: experience working with internal departments (legal, marketing, on-air, research, finance, digital products, AdsOp, business development); different geos (LA, NY, London,and Latam local teams);
Will Managed campaigns with different vendors and work closely with digital partners (Twitter, Facebook, Google, BuzzFeed).
Experience professional working across markets with top agencies/accounts: including solid background and understanding of the advertising of the Brazilian market.
Sales driven and entrepreneurial spirit is key: The Focus is meeting weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly goals
Strategically Professional to continuously look for ways to increase revenue on the short/long term.
Ownership and commitment is key: create opportunities, sales pitch, presentation and sales packages to maximize campaigns ROI.
Think at the bottom line and work with leadership to drive business ahead of the competition
Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Will work in collaboration with key players in the market to drive the revenue.
7 years plus of creative solutions experience either in-house or with a media/creative agency experience or equivalent ad sales marketing experience
