Job Title Receptionist/Digital Media Assistant Education High School Career Level Experienced (Non-Manager) Location Nexstar - WOWK - Charleston, WV 25301 US (Primary) Category Administrative / Clerical Job Type Full-time Job Description The Digital Media Assistant will help manage the necessary deliverables to plan, execute, launch, analyze, optimize and reconcile the digital media programs which build exposure and drive significant business to WOWK. The role will support the Digital Media Manager and team to manage all aspects of paid digital media activities, inclusive of display media, social media, performance media and native advertising. Key Requirements – Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Minimum of 1 years’ experience (in digital media via jobs or internships) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) Key Accountabilities – Field all incoming digital-sales inquiries, via phone and email, and add to a prospective new client list. File and store incoming media kits and proposals. Assist Digital Core and Tactive in account maintenance. Build a master traffic summary with all updated figures for our current and potential digital partners. Ensure all relevant team members have the latest printed copies of all digital media and misc. documents. Record all key campaign dates. Collect screenshots for all live digital campaigns and compile monthly reports with all visual placements. Responsible for answering all incoming calls, greeting visitors, postage processing and supply procurement among other duties as assigned. You must apply online to be considered for this position.
