Details: WJXT/WCWJ is seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to help facilitate our sales efforts. Through our powerful TV station and award winning site, our apps, and our audience extension opportunities, we help our local clients reach their target audiences in new and innovative ways. This individual will possess outstanding organizational and time management skills. If you are looking to begin your career in sales, this position is the perfect pathway to becoming an Account Executive. Experience: Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint and Excel software, and a basic understanding of advertising opportunities. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure of deadlines are essential. The ability to adapt and adopt in a quickly changing and always evolving media landscape will be a very important quality. Broadcast sales department or sales experience is a benefit as well, but not necessary. Requirements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: order entry and revisions, assisting local Account Executives, sales presentation support, and post campaign analysis. The Sales Coordinator will support a team of local Account Executives, and be responsible for preparation of reports/documents for sales management and Account Executives.
